Delivery Terms UK Mainland

Delivery is normally guaranteed within 7 working days of placing your order, subject to stock. Some of our Retro items are manufactured to order so please allow longer if this is the case.

Most deliveries in the UK do, in fact, arrive within 2 days (if ordered before 12 noon). All deliveries are subject to payment authorisation.

Once you place your order with us we will notify you by e-mail (or by phone if we have not received a response within 24 hours), to confirm the exact delivery date. We are not able to guarantee an exact time within a given day, so in the event that you want your product left with a neighbour please notify us when you place your order or soon after. If an item is temporarily out of stock and despatch is anticipated to be greater than 7 days, Wotever.co.uk will contact you by e-mail or telephone to arrange a new delivery date.

If this is not satisfactory to you, we will offer you a full refund.

At Wotever.co.uk we pride ourselves on the quality of our products. Any products that are found to have defects are sent back to the manufacturer. All pedal car products are packaged with heavy duty polystyrene within heavy duty cardboard boxes to protect the delivery in transit.

Delivery Terms (All other Countries)

Please note that due to Customs restrictions and consignment issues, all orders for Deliveries outside UK Mainland need to be placed by telephone by dialing 00 44 1702 582545. Confirmation of delivery will be given at the time of placing the order.

International buyers have to accept the jurisdiction of the courts and laws of England to govern matters between us in relation to orders placed on this website.
